Marsha Archer is the quintessential PR powerhouse, with influence stretching across the corporate, hospitality, and philanthropic sectors throughout the Southeast and beyond. A certified crisis communications expert, Marsha is a trusted first call for brands and individuals navigating high-stakes situations. She has mastered the art of leveraging media relationships, strategic partnerships, and creative storytelling to protect and elevate reputations in hospitality, travel, food and beverage, spa, retail, and lifestyle spaces.

Before founding M-Squared Public Relations in 2008, Marsha served as PR Director for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, The Home Depot, and Habitat for Humanity International, establishing her as a go-to communications strategist for luxury and global brands. As the leader of M-Squared, she has assembled a talented team that delivers fresh, strategic, and results-driven campaigns. Under her leadership, the agency has secured over $500 million in valued media coverage and earned recognition as a trusted partner for both proactive storytelling and crisis response.

Beyond her agency work, Marsha maintains a high-profile presence in the philanthropic and social community. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., a graduate and Associate Mom of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and the former co-chair of Fashion Statement, a fundraiser dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations through the fusion of fashion and philanthropy. Her community impact includes leadership roles with Meals on Wheels Atlanta—which she co-chaired at the St. Regis Atlanta in 2015—as well as contributions to Jeffrey Fashion Cares, Castell Project, and the Goizueta Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at Emory University.
