Fashion Statement Celebrates Launch, Uniting Fashion and Philanthropy at Phipps Plaza
(Atlanta, Ga.) – Fashion Statement, a premier fashion fundraiser, is pleased to announce its inaugural launch on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at the renowned Phipps Plaza. This highly- anticipated event aims to reunite fashion and philanthropy at Phipps, offering an unforgettable experience with proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Launching the evening from 5-7pm, Luxury Retailers will host private in-store shopping experiences allowing patrons to explore and shop while supporting the mission of the event. A cocktail reception will unite patrons in the Courts at Phipps from 7-8pm featuring curated cocktails and culinary creations from renowned restaurants at Phipps Plaza. This sets the perfect tone for the highlight of Fashion Statement – the Fashion Statement Finale – which promises to be a show-stopping runway extravaganza following the live auction and fund the need.

Komen Foundation, the world’s largest nonprofit source of funding for the fight against breast cancer. Since its inception in 1982, the foundation’s efforts have resulted in groundbreaking research, community health outreach, advocacy, and programs in over 60 countries, helping to reduce breast cancer deaths by 40 percent between 1989 and 2016.
