Prior to The Candler’s opening and the impending pandemic, M2PR assisted with event execution by planning the grand opening event. From drafting the VIP lists to designing the invites, M2PR led every step of the way to ensure the team was fully prepared for their debut.

With the initial buzz of The Candler Hotel’s opening nearly forgotten amid the COVID-19 pandemic, M2PR pivoted and was now tasked with generating foot traffic and recognition via social media. Between social media management of the hotel’s Instagram and Facebook channels, M2PR successfully increased The Candler’s following, engagement and impressions through campaigns, giveaways and copy that positioned the hotel as a premier destination in Atlanta.

With the specific goal of gaining 3,000 followers by the end of Q1, M2PR compiled a social media activation, consisting of a complimentary one-night stay with late check-out. In conjunction with the giveaway, The Candler Hotel’s Instagram following reached 3,300 followers by the end of Q1. The Candler is now widely known as the premier location for birthdays, engagements, weddings and ‘staycations’ in Downtown Atlanta.

Throughout our partnership, The Candler Hotel has been recognized for various awards and accomplishments, which include the earning the #1 ranking hotel by TripAdvisor, Most Wanted Award from Hotels.com, 2020 Boutique Design Magazine Gold Key Awards for Excellence in Hospitality Design and the 2019 Hilton Legacy Award — Conversion of the Year Winner.

While The Candler Hotel is known for their distinctive design, they will also continued to be recognized for their exceptional service and hospitality.
