M2PR created “ XOXO, A Galentine’s Comedy Show.” This show was complete with themed specialty cocktails, bites and photo-op moments.M2PR guaranteed the success of this client activation by taking the lead on sourcing talent, handling ticket sales, social media promotion, curating a special food and beverage menu, decor, day-of logistics and pitching for media coverage.The results? A sold-out show that featured comedians Lace Larrabee and Katherine Blanford, who sat down for a morning news segment with Paul Milliken on FOX 5, one of Atlanta’s top TV news stations. M-Squared PR secured six unique media placements that reached an audience of over 79 million, amounting in more than $725,000 in estimated ad value. Galentine’s Day, once just a social media hashtag, has morphed into something much more for celebrating female friendships. It’s hard not to notice the impact the February 13th day celebration has on pop culture. With over half a million impressions on social media when searching #galentinesday, M2PR couldn’t help taking advantage of the trending theme.
