Summer Endings equals New Beginnings: Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead

To generate excitement about upcoming renovations to Waldorf Astoria’s meeting and event spaces, both M2PR and Waldorf Astoria agreed an end-of-summer garden party would be the best way to create buzz.

After receiving a set budget and party date, M2PR presented a comprehensive game plan for the client to review. As an M2PR standard, the plan included all things like mood boards, room mockups, takeaways, and a list of strategic invitees to mingle with for future collaboration and revenue opportunities.

Before invitations were finalized, M2PR sourced some of Atlanta’s most creative and elevated vendors to deliver a high-end, yet approachable, experience for the client.

The night of the event, guests were welcomed with champagne by a model whose dress was adorned with glasses of bubbly. When guests made their way to the English Garden, they were  serenaded by a harpist and violinist, who performed melodies reminiscent of the popular hit show “ Bridgerton.” With the intention of naturally boosting user-generated content on Instagram, guests were encouraged to snap photos in front of a beautiful 10-ft custom floral installation. 

                 

As the evening came to a close, it was evident that M2PR had once again orchestrated another successful event!
